Dale Sorensen Real Estate Brevard welcomes sales associate Lisa Kreutz

Lisa Kreutz has joined the highly successful Dale Sorensen Real Estate Brevard (DSRE) team of sales professionals.

Originally from New Jersey, Kreutz began her real estate career in 1997 while living abroad in St. Petersburg, Russia. There she worked for one of the top international real estate firms in the city for almost 10 years, eventually opening her own real estate firm in St. Petersburg, Russia in 2009.

Her vast experience with rentals, sales and property management stems from repeat client business with the many growing international companies establishing satellite offices in St. Petersburg. These included well-known names such as Coca Cola, Philip Morris, 3M, Ernst & Young, Citibank, Kelly Services, KPMG, Fraport, Merloni, Price Waterhouse Coopers and Deloitte. In addition, many of the local Consulates came to rely on Kreutz’s professionalism and expertise in the local market when seeking suitable housing for their Diplomats.

Kreutz enjoys an excellent reputation with her extensive client base due to her superior customer service and integrity. Utilizing her superior sales expertise, she believes in going above and beyond for her customers who are drawn to her warm and friendly personality. A former professional ballerina, Kreutz learned at a young age, to master focus, dedication and hard work and has seamlessly transferred those traits to the real estate arena.

A patient, tenacious and persistent person, Kreutz takes great pride in finding the perfect home for her buyers as well as the best new owner for her sellers. Having traveled extensively throughout Europe as well as working with international clients on a regular basis, Kreutz gained practical world experience and understands the complexities of relocating, especially from other states and countries.

Kreutz spent several years working in the senior care and international relocation industries, and with natural compassionate and caring tendencies, she loves working with her clients looking for senior or 55+ communities. Kreutz also specializes in residential, investment properties, second homes, relocation and luxury properties.

Kreutz and her husband moved back to the U.S. permanently in 2016, settling near family in Melbourne, FL.
