HARRY NORMAN, REALTORS® HOSTED EXCLUSIVE SOUTHEASTERN DESIGNER SHOWHOUSE & GARDENS EVENT
Harry Norman, REALTORS®, a Diamond sponsor of the 2024 Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles Southeastern Designer Showhouse & Gardens, hosted an exclusive showing for over 200 agents and clients at this year’s showhouse. Located at 44 Putnam Drive NW, the beautifully designed 10,250-square-foot home mixes both modern and classic design styles.
Attendees of Harry Norman’s event had the opportunity to engage in discussions with the designers of the 2024 showhouse, gaining insights into current and upcoming trends in luxury home design while touring the house and savoring a variety of fine food and drinks catered by Avenue Catering. This year’s showhouse designers includedAmanda Orr Architects, Benecki Homes, Land Plus Associates, and SOURCE.
Guests received an exclusive up-close look at the home's luxurious touches, from the unique fireplaces and Venetian plaster walls to the high-end Turkish marble and custom brass details. The showhouse's exterior features elements like the cedar shake roof and white-painted brick, which harmoniously blend with the diverse architectural landscape of the Tuxedo Park neighborhood where the home sits.

Proceeds from this year’s showhouse once again benefitted Camp Twin Lakes, a summer camp designed to help children and young adults grow confidently while experiencing the joys of childhood
